Since the new management took over, this formerly pristine post has seen better days. The landscaping isn't as nice, there are always problems with people not picking up after their dogs, the laundry room is filthy, it took three months for them to replace the moist-towelette style hand wipes in the fitness center.

And yet they tried to justify a 70 dollar (thats $840 year) raise in my rent becuase they painted the outside of our buildings. big. deal. when i went in to negotiate, they had a good cop and bad cop. the first one was like "oh i completely sympathize, i'm sorry." the second wouldn't look me in the eye and just said yeah thats what the raise is.

I've been there three years. too bad. they're losing a good tenent.

but that's fine, I'd rather live somewhere cleaner. the location is great but there are so many apartments around here it won't be hard to find another, abd probably at a cheaper price, or at least a bigger place for the price.

so to recap: if you like a filthy unattractive place with high rents, come in in!
