not worth the money

Rent keeps increasing - the apartment is not worth the cost. Cheap carpet, cheap counters - everything seems to break. Leaking fridge, then broken dishwasher, then the air conditioning filter clogged and my bathroom floor was drenched. The property looked better when it was Post Oak - now it seems to be a mess. As others noted, people don't seem able to clean up after their dogs, despite numerous dog walk areas with plastic bags and garbage cans. My apt started at $900 a month when I moved in two years ago - I now pay over $1000 a month for an apartment with adequate closet space, tolerable appliances, and a mild bug problem. Not worth it! I'm moving when my lease is up this winter.
