I am a resident, and up until recently, I loved the apartments. Pretty landscaping, adequate appliances, etc. BUT once you have a problem, good luck getting any help or any kind of workable solution. Management doesn't care if you're happy, and complaining gets you nowhere. The maintenance guys are fantastic -- if management lets them come help!
Move to the Gables; it was our first choice, and we regret that we didn't go there.
