Don't move here

I've lived here for 11 months now, moving out at the end of August. I loved the location of the apartment, close to restaurants and my dance studio - I could walk to most of these places.
However, the apartments are not worth the price. Your rates will increase at the end of each lease. So most of the time you'll end up paying more to stay at the apartment than someone new moving in. There are bugs everywhere. Granted, we live on the bottom floor right now but you're guaranteed to find at least one to two bugs a day - cockroaches, mosquitoes, millipedes, etc.
The noise level is horrible. I work from home, and almost everyday there's loud music (bass) blasting from next door, in the middle of the day. In the evenings, people have parties, even if they're indoors you can still hear people talking/laughing/yelling from inside your apartment.
The gate breaks pretty often as well. In fact, the last time was Just two days ago. So much for good security.
One plus to the complex is that the maintenance staff is prompt and does a good job.
Yeah, I'm looking forward to moving out.
