I've lived here for the past year, and it's definitely worth every dollar I spent. I didn't have a roach problem (maybe cause I was on the third floor), and the maintenance people were always accessible and very helpful. It has a great location - close to the Emory Cliff shuttle (stop is right in front of the building), and is really accessible to the highway. I would live here again if I weren't moving for another job. The price is also very comparable, staff was helpful and really considerate.
