WELCOME HOME TO HELL!!

It is going on my third year and it has been a living hell. The KIDS are like a traffic jam on a Monday when you are late for work. The trash is like a land field that is filled to capacity. There is NO security or should I say I have never seen a security guard. ANYONE can enter in and out the apartments, which are suppose to be a gated community. The management comes to work as if it's another day of vacation. If you ever wanted to come to your so called home late at night you would always be greeted with a surprise. Strange people are always out sitting in cars or on one of your neighbor s steps. People have gotten robed at gun point. Oh and to make matters worse since it has gotten hotter there have numerous of fights. I have seen people pull out machetes during confrontations. If you decide to move here and have a car I hope that you don't want it; because if you do, then you don't mind if your car gets stolen or keyed with some childs name on it. I will be leaving this HELL spot as soon as my lease is up, but if you decide to move here be prepared to going a wild adventure in hell!!!

I can understand where you're coming from. I was a previous renter there myself, but I didn't wait until my lease was up. It would be better for you to pay the early termination fee instead of dealing with another day of the horrible living that Preserve offers. You need to move ASAP especially if you have children; that's three years too long.

Lawd have mercy. People are so animalistic to the 10th power. Can't take certain folks no where. When are we going to learn....people of color?? why must it be us, all the time? This is why we CAN'T get ahead. I as a black women feel sadly ashamed on the whole damn scenario.
