I LIVED AT PRESERVE AT CASCADE FOR TWO YEARS AND THERE IS A BUNCH OF HANG OUTS AT NIGHT WITH TEENAGERS. IT IS TERRIBLE. THE APARTMENTS ARE NICE APARTMENTS BUT THE PEOPLE YOU ARE LETTING IN FOR RENT IS TERRIBLE. THERE HAS BEEN BREAK-INS AND ROBBERIES. THE MANAGEMENT DO NOT CARE. I HAVE CALLED THE POLICE ON THE TEENAGERS HANG OUT. THE TEENAGERS ARE SITTING ON CARS, STARTING FIGHTS. SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE OR ELSE I AM MOVING OUT OF THIS COMPLEX. I PAY RENT TO LIVE SAFE AND COMFORTABLE, NOT TO SEE A BUNCH OF HOODLINS. I PAY MY RENT ON TIME EVERY MONTH. WHAT HAPPENED TO SECURITY'
