Just to say a little bit about this place.
THE CONS: The hood came out and lives here. Section 8 projects that just look nice. My car was stolen here, and I wasnt the first. This is NOT a gated community because the gates are always open. Too many young thugs are out hanging in the breezeways, causing trouble, making noise, or just looking suspicous. Pistols were found laying on the ground. There used to be security when I first moved here, but I guess even they got scared and left. A cop used to live here on site, but I guess he got sick of it and left as well for all of us to fend for ourselves. Break ins happen on the norm over here. They even had someone get shot over here to my knowledge. They still had the yellow tape up for about a week. If you have a fulltime job and work during the day, there are still people hanging out during the day with nutting better to do, but walk around the complex.
THE PROS: They look nice. Nice apartments, looks good. The new staff that took over a couple months ago seems nice. Thats about it.
P.S. All i can say, is that when the lease is up in May, im running and not looking back.
