I hesitated to move in to this community because of some of the bad things I had heard on this website. But my experience so far has been the exact opposite from the ones that I have read.

These are the nicest apartments in the area. A true bargain when you look at how much rent I have to pay compared to the other communities in the area. While the gates have had problems from time to time, every community I have ever lived in with gates has had problems keeping them closed. There are many kids that live here, but that is because they offer free day care and they have great places for them to play in the summer (pool and playground are great!).

I really like this place. Every apartment community has elements of the HOOD, especially in this area. I cannot hold the nice lady in the office responsible for that.

I hope others that read this website will understand this and will consider being my long term neighbor.
