I hesitated about moving here because of some of the reviews. So far, the gate has always worked. I don't have any problems with noisy people hanging around. The apartments are spacious and very well maintained. I don't receive Sec 8, so I don't know if anyone else, does. But so far, my neighbors have been pretty respectful and quiet. I can barely tell that anyone livea above or next to me.

I learned a valuable lesson, always ask if an apartment complex accepts section 8 before you move in. While you go to work an pay regular rent, section 8 people have all day to plan how they are going to steal from you.

That's all that is in that apartment. Section 8. They have the nerve to look at you crazy when you come home from work.
