I moved in under false pretenses. Mgmt. explained how the neighborhood was monitored by local police department to prevent outsiders from coming in, keep things quiet and under control. Exactly what I was looking for. Until I moved in. Grown ass men and kids were out at all times of the night. Sitting on your cars, drinking, fighting and carrying on. One time a little girl pulled a machete out on a man that as inappropiate with her and the same police that are supposed to be watching the apts took 30 minutes to respond after initial calls were made. The picture up top speaks volumes. Trash everywhere. Rats and roaches are soon to come. Last but not least while us hard working folks pay $800 a month on a two bedroom the front units have majority section 8. Just stay away.

I totally agree. I am on notice to move out right now for this very reason as well as ghetto office staff.

I totally agree also. Ghetto Office Staff,(management) Ghetto Apartments. Do the math this (1 1=) Do not move here, and if you live here M-o-v-e.
