Good Apartment but unresponsive maintenance & management

The apartment is very nice and the location is great. The negative is that the response time for maintenance problems sucks.(Be prepared to wait for several days sometimes). We once had to wait for 4 days before our water logging problem in the bath tub got resolved. And that also after half a dozen phone calls. The management is unresponsive and unconcerned.
