I lived in the Apt for 1 year before buying a house. It was a wonderful experience b/c of proximity, cleanliness, and responsiveness. However, the only problem is the move-out process which requires a 60 day notice and keeps you in the apt for 13 months instead of 12 months. The new property manager, Janae, is extremely rude. On one occasion she thought she put me on hold and stated that she could not stand me. When I asked her about it, she stated that she was talking about someone else. WHATEVER!!!! How rude'
