Can't wait to move out

On a first glance, the apartment complex looks very nice and price is very reasonable. The apartment is pretty and clean, high ceilings and berber carpet. The location if convenient to everything. I was very happy when I first moved in.
Here are the bad things: Security is an issue despite it's a gated community. For the past year, there were multiple incidences of apartment breaking-ins, multiple car breaking-ins, multiple people assaulted on the property. We also have a drug incidence and a separate incidence of police arrest. The management did a good job reporting these so we get a crime report on an average of every 2-3 weeks. On top of that, my neighbors favor low-bass music which put my unit under a constant drum beat. The lease is very strict and doesn't give you much option of moving out early except for paying an extra 3-4000 bucks (This includes 2 more months of market rent plus another month of market rent plus concessions from all the previous months. )By the way, I think 60 days notice is reasonable or even one extra month of rental is reasonable but this is too much! Now I can't wait for the lease to be over and move out of here.
