The management to great and they do keep you well informed of what is going on in the building. They are very responsive. They have called to confirm every time a simple maintenance request was filed. Yes, there have been break ins and they have hosted meetings from the police dept. regarding them. I called to police department myself BEFORE I moved in to find out about crime statistics in the area. Crime is high in Atlanta as a whole now. They told me that the management was concerned and they participate in meetings etc... so they are on top of it. The apartments are nice and in good shape. I have no problem with neighbors being noisy. It is extremely quiet actually. I live in the front of the complex near the leasing office so maybe I am in a better position. The pool always looks clean; the gym is decent (open 24 hours) and the property is clean as well. The walls are thin, but I love it. It is an ideal apartment situation. The fact is that you are RENTING and not BUYING so everything will not be perfect. I don't think that any complex can control people inside or outside of the premises. A credit check and application can not determine the quality or intentions of a person at any time so... it is what it is. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
