You can do better

At 1st seemed nice, but got old before the 1st yr was up. Only stayed because of daughter in school. Have seen several managers - bad to worse. Janae being the ablsolute worse. Rude' HELLO!! Unless you are one of her chosen. Good thing - she's finally gone!! New mgr seems to keep low profile. Leasing consultant promoted to asst mgr very nice & helpful, now that old mgr gone. New leasing consultant - clueless.
Crime high and growing problem - break-ins, car jacking, car theft, assaults. Love to walk, but don't feel safe at all anymore. Leaving end of the mo. Maintenance shows up depending on what THEY consider emergency - toilets backed up and unusable - not! Bug problems - bugs, roaches, things with a lot of legs come up through drains as well as other places. Took several calls to office and finding one in daughters bed in middle of night to FINALLY get pest control spray. They will throw a party for residents, just don't ask them to actually DO anything. Qality of people living here going increasingly down. Walls/floors so thin you can hear (literally) EVERYTHING going on above, below and around you -- EVERYTHING!!
Gated community - drive and walk through gates. And each family is given 1 remote for the entire family to use. And gates are often broken, may not be able to get in, may not be able to get OUT! When they are broken and left open or missing for repairs, anybody has access. Narrow passageways to drive in complex. And people fly down them, most times either in the middle or wrong side. Several close calls, hit once. Overall, not worth the money, drama or stress. You can do better.
