When I first moved in 3 years ago this place was nice. It was quiet and the people were not the same as the people here now. I really think they are accepting Section 8 now because the folks around here now act like they are used to living in the projects! Doors slamming all day long because they're in and out of each other's apartments. They yell up to their friends sitting on balconies. GHETTO!
I came home the other day and some inconsiderate fool had stopped, leaving his car in the way. He had gotten out to talk to someone. When I drive up, he acts like he's going to move. But he fooled me. He didn't move at all!
My upstairs neighbors are constantly dropping things on the floor, stomping around, slamming kitchen and bathroom drawers and cabinets closed. Because of these rough people that keep moving in, these apartments will be torn up in less than 3 years I am sure.
I have noticed trash around the property where someone just dropped papercups and food containers from fast food restaurants on the ground. People bring grocery carts onto the property too.
My car radio was stolen last summer, too.
I really like my apartment and the area is convenient, but I'm going to have to move once my lease is up.
