It definitely is not what is seems. I stayed there because it was close to work. We are paying $800 for these apartments and the gates NEVER work! New management sucks horribly and they think they can talk down to you. If it wasn't for Colleen, I wouldn't have stayed. Now that I have moved, I don't miss it at all. I don't even miss the address. The noisy and junky culinary students make it much worse. Don't do it. You can find much better in that price range.
