First, your price does not change daily, but hourly. I called to confirm the price and was at the office 30 minutes later, it was changed. I guess it's just your way to lure people coming to the office.
Second, I could not move in because of YOUR fault. So you can just keep making money by collecting the application fee and turning customers away by not letting them moving in. What a clever way!
Looking at the latest reviews by other customers, I feel so lucky that you made the fault and I did not move in.
I have to say the management at Providence is CHAOS. I checked their price online. But when I went to their leasing office, they told me that price was mistaken and showed me a much higher price. Also it looked like they never figured out which one would be available, and always gave me different answers. They finally gave me one unit that fitted my schedule. But several days before my scheduled move-in date, I called them to double check and was told that they made a mistake and that unit would only be available TWO WEEEKS later. I have already scheduled move-out with my current apartment. WHERE DO I SUPPOSE TO LIVE DURING THE TWO WEEKS''''' Their answer was such last-minute changes were quite normal there and I should figure out my way myself. WHAT A JOKE! And finally I decided to move to another apartment that fitted my schedule. The person at Providence refused to give my application fee back even though it was their fault!!!
Be careful of the management there. Very unskilled and poor managed!
