I rented from Providence @ Northlake for 1 year I can not tell you how horrible of an experience I've had from the 2nd week #1 the fire alalrm went off nearly everyday outta nowhere (something with the wiring) our power went out evertime the wind blew slightly leaving us in the dark most of the night.... While the apartments give a great 1st impression do not be fooled constant noise by other reanters in the hallways & music blasting at night on weekends !! then I move out do a walk through with Rock he tells me everything is ok .. 2 years later I check my credit to find a charge og an additional $250.00 from having to clean the apartment & damages I would never rent from them or their sister rentals again ! I don't recommend do not be fulled by the nice looking apartments , it's what's on the inside (that you don't see)that counts

This is almost identical to my post so I understand. What they put on my credit prevented me from getitng another apartment and I never once heard from them. I tell everyone to stay away. Cant believe Rock is still there.

I read this and I can not believe anything it says. Rock has been at this property for several years and he is the best. My apartment is beautiful and I love happy hour. If you where charged 250.00 for not cleaning your apartment...chances are you knew it was dirty when you moved out. As far as damages to your apartment...you know if you have destroyed something in your apartment. My lease says, you must return the apartment in the condition you found it. Providence is a great place to live and I have been here for 5 years.
