I have lived here a year and the apartments are pretty nice.. no noise through walls, no big parties every weekend, pet friendly, and the inside hasn't fallen apart or anything. There is one HUGE problem though, the parking SUCKS!!! It gets to be so bad that everyone parks in the handicap spaces and no one gives a damn. Parking is not enforced her so you may get blocked in by someone who doesn't feel like parking in a space and instead parks behind your car.
