I am about to move out from living there 2 years. I was just reading the reviews on here to see what other people thought and I'm looking for a new place. But this place is really nice. The parking stinks but you get used to it. It is in a great part of town and everyone is pretty friendly. The only time I was really angry was I brought in my rent check one time on the 4th - about 9am. I know they hadn't deposited the rent checks yet and I had just forgotten. They didn't let it slide, had to pay usual 10% of ENTIRE rent fee. This is standard practice but I was annoyed since I had always been on time, never late. But I can't really fault them for that but it is the corporate mentality. Otherwise, the service was very quick but didn't need it much. One time our AC broke on a Sunday, I called the line and had someone there about 2 hours later. That was a nice surprise! Anyway, great marks, great place to live.
