I loved this place at first, but it seems like everything is getting worse...parking, maintenance, and safety. On a normal day, I have to park two buildings away. Totally unacceptable and unsafe.

There are dead bugs everywhere, and sometimes at night it smells like garbage near the mailboxes. It was really embarassing when a couple of guests don't comment on how nice they are, but the foul odor and bugs. It's really kind of embarassing to say the least.

Crime is becoming a problem as well. They send notes trying to assuage our fears by saying this is a big city, so it happens everywhere. I've lived in big cities all of my life, and the amount of crime that has been reported should tell them to invest in more or pressure the current security to step up their game for the protection of the residents. I expected so much more when I moved here.

I keep hearing about safety issues, I am relocating to ATL and it seems impossible to find a safe complex.
