I have lived at The Reserve at Lenox Park for over two years and have only positive comments. The office staff if extremely courteous and knowledgeable. They know and greet every resident each time they see them.
The maintenance staff is the best of any apartment community I've ever lived in. Maintenance responds quickly and professionally and are always helpful and polite.
The grounds are well-maintained and clean and the amenities (pool, clubhouse, workout room, etc) are always clean and in good-repair.
The noise level is low, with only occasional, brief reminders that I am actually living in an apartment instead of a single family dwelling.
Rent is comparable to lesser communities in the area.
