Not perfect, but better than most in the area

I've lived at the Reserve for a little over two years now and the only reason why I'm moving out in a few months is because I'm getting married. Like my title says, the Reserve is not perfect, but I think it is much better than other complexes in the area that my friends live at. Parking sucks for some buildings (like the 100 building I live in), but if you're in building 400 or 500 it's just fine. Yes, cars are broken into, but this is common in the neighborhood and it's usually because people leave things like GPS systems out in the open. To my knowledge, we haven't had any armed robberies like in other complexes in the area. Also, the parking lots are well lit so, as a young woman who often comes home late at night, I feel safe. If the gate breaks, management always has it fixed within 24 hours. The road near the entrance can be kind of tricky to make a left on, but if you're a good driver, you'll be fine. I absolutely LOVE the floor plan of my apartment and the view from my balcony can't be beat! When I've needed repairs (new refrigerator, garbage disposal, etc.) everything has been fixed the next business day. On occasion, some of the younger tenants can be a little noisy at night, but this usually only happens once every month or two or on Superbowl night. I think rent is decently priced for the area. Yes, it does go up from year to year, but that's normal. The grounds aren't pristine, but they're usually pretty neat. I like the staff. My fiance thinks they're a little snotty, but I've never seen them be rude, so I think it's just a preference thing. Anyway, that's all I can think of. I like the place and am not looking forward to moving out. The location is amazing! It has very convenient access to both 400 and 85 and is close to grocery stores, Target, Lenox and Phipps malls, and tons of restaurants.
