Reserve at Lenox Park

Best rental experience so far From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/9/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   This place is great. The staff is competent and friendly. Very safe neighborhood. Nice grounds and perfect location. Couldn't ask for anything more. And the rents are very reasonable. I'd recommend to anyone. The only downside is there seem to be more students in the complex lately, which can be a nuisance during the summer (i.e., at the pool). Some of the them will hang out on their balconies and be rude and loud. Also, last summer, the pool was very "spring break", and people brought kegs and played loud, annoying rap music all day. Not exactly a relaxing experience - I felt like I was constantly at a frat party. And they had to close the pool for a few weeks in the middle of the summer because some moron threw a giant planter into the pool. I think they were evicted, so the property managers did a good job in handling the incident. Just make sure you get a good feel for the residents when you look at a place.
