I have been so impressed with this complex so far. The office staff is generally very helpful and friendly and the maintenence crew is also effiecient. I believe rent is very reasonable for the location, level of safety, and amenities. I have lived here for six months and plan to renew my lease when it is up. Many reviewers have mentioned the parking issue which to me is nothing to complain about. You might not be able to park at the front of your building but you will be able to find a space. I can imagine it is more of a frustration if you live in the 100 building.
The grounds are always clean, noise is not bad, the security gate is rarely (if ever) broken, and residents are courteous. I recommend The Reserve at Lenox Park.
