This is a very good, clean and quiet complex. I ve been here for 4 years, and I ve never had an issue with noise. I can t hear people around me, below me, or above me. If someone leaves trash or bottles out, the staff cleans it up quickly. There have been a couple of cars being broken into or vandalize about 3 times but it seems to be people that the car owners know. If I ever have a maintenance issue, the staff fixes it right away. It is in a good quiet location. The complex is nice on the inside but I think they could do a little upgrade to the appliances and floors though. Depending on the building you are in, you might have an issue with parking.

Lived in the complex for more than a year. Extremely noisy, drunk boys and girls yelling in the parking lot at 2am every freaking Friday and Saturday. They broke in more than 12 cars already and broke into an apartment on Jan 31st. Two weeks ago hit and run accident (black BMW smashed two cars they were parked and escaped).
