6 months and no problems From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/12/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I really feel fortuante to have found a place like this for the money. I mean when all you can afford is like $550 a month- this place is a godsend! I am a 20 year old, petite female and I come in at 12 or 1 in the morning (I wait tables) and I have never felt unsafe. No problems with noise. No major bug problems (I saw a roach ONCE!) And the area may not be "nice" but it is a LOT nicer than most areas where apartments are this affordable. I know several of the neighbors and they are friendly- most have pets. Very pet-friendly community. The maintenence guy Justin always comes right over if there is a problem. The pool is clean and I feel comfortable going there to lay in the sun even though I am a young girl. My boyfriend's truck did get broken into and $400 worth of damage was done but he has one of the most commonly stolen models of trucks so you never know- maybe they thought it would be easy- my car has never been touched. This is by far the best place for the money! -jen
