They don't give rent payment reciepts, they don't even write up maintenance work orders, the lead manager has a rotten attitude, they constantly change assistant managers every 6 months. You can't build a professional relationship with the people who are supposed to be maintaining your apartments...The rent increases an average of $175 after the 5th day of non-payment. They constantly have debris & discarded items along the driveway from those who have been set out!!! There is no security gate or police officers in the complex. The manager even had the NERVE to ask for the code to my intrusion alarm without telling me how to re-set the security codes!!! Talk about loosers!!! Maintanence is SLOOOOOWWWW as ever...the pool is always dirty, they all need a good paint job...They look terrible!!! Don't bring kids here...bad news...and BADDER schools in Clayton County!!!
