I would never move here if this was the last place to live! The turn over in management is so bad. The manager has poor customer skills and is not a people person. You always get the run around when trying to get answers. I lived there for 2 years and saw a big decline in the grounds and resident care. I even went as far to suggest a neighborhood watch...that did not happen. My apartment was broken into and my kids safety was always a issue with the way people hung out. I even had to report that the apartment next door to me was being used as a hang out..it was suppose to be vacant but someone broke the lock and they were coming and going as the pleased. The managger/assistant manager did not keep books and I think that it is sad when you can not trust the people who take your money orders. There is not a warm feeling when you walk into the office it is more a feeling like you are bothering them. I am sure that Clayton County Police Dept has a long list of compliants so this is not a angry tenant I am stating facts..because I have filed two reports. They have people hanging out in the breeze way drinking and smoking. If you have a daughter please keep her in the house! They always said we had a courtsey officer but in the last year that I wad there I never saw that. I hope that if you choose to live here you really do your research. Do several drive buys day and night weekend weekday. Oh and check out the lovely lake that they have.....it makes the property look so bad. The umberla that is floating in the lake has been in there for atleast a year. The sign that says watch for ducks..well they stop coming to the lake a year ago! The pool is always closed they may open it for a couple of months but they don't make a annoucement about it because they don't want you to enjoy it. I have said my peace and I hope that someone will read this and post there compliants.

The lake comment are so true you can see the same debris for months floating around. I thought was safe to take my kids out but the neighbors don't dicipline their dogs and you can see people still the DIRECT TV satellite plates and jump the fence behind the building H. The kids do pranks and you can know the place were your have dinner because they let the garbage in the parking and the days pass and nobody picks up.
