This place is absolutely terrible. My husband and I moved there in Sept 06 and moved out in May 08. They changed management in Sept. 2007. Since new management came the place has really gone down. I just moved out of a building that had several problems. First there was mold found in my bedroom on the wall. I reported it on March 17th--they came to repair it May 7th--after we told them we were leaving because I have a 14 month old and a newborn that was sleeping in the room where the mold was. They knew about the mold in the apartment next to mine where the las tenant moved out in Oct/Nov of 07 due to mold--his wife had an athsma attack. The pipes in the building are leaky and there is also a MAJOR roach infestation in the building. I contacted the corporate property manager who told me that mold is a common problem and we cannot be sure that the mold is causing us health issues. The maintenance staff is not qualified to fix repairs--they also have a groundskeeper doing maintenance work. Out of his own mouth, he doesn't know how to make the repairs. We had several break-ins in--2 in my building. Management never told us about them. I learned of the one across the hall from me while leaving my house. There is so much more I can say about this complex but I would need alot more space to continue.

I agree with you 100%. Management and the grounds were very nice, but you're right; after they changed in 2007 it went downhill. I lived there from Aug. 06 until Sept. 08 and I had the exact same problems as you. My a/c leaked horribly from day 1 which caused the rug to stay wet and mold to grow on the walls. In the winter, the vents had very little air moving through them so it took a while to warm up. No roaches but plenty of spiders and some long-legged centipede type bug. I made numerous complaints and they would send someone out quickly, but never took care of the problem.

Yes, everything looks perfect, but, if you look closer the groundkeeping guy just pick-up trash near the office. But between building H-J there a lot of garbage in the back of the buildings. And worse, everytime a new neighbor come throw the trash out the balcony. And the lake look like a swamp and anyone can see people from outside the complex using the pool. My aparment is with mold and have to clean and clean with bleach. And what about the dog issue, there's a quote for have pets, but a saw a balcony in the building H with 3 pitbulls, HELLO!! between the rent and the pets quote, they can really paid for this...please staff do your work.
