Overall this is a nice community. Rent was better than expected and gas was included in the rent. I was told that if the gas gets to high, I would be asked to pay a differential, but that never actually happened. The apartments were kept clean and in great mechanical shape.

I would suggets this place to anybody who is looking, so long as they do not require a lot of space. The apartments are kind of small, but then again, I have a lot of stuff.
