I have lived in Riverside House for almost five years, and it's the best experience I've ever had living in an apartment complex. The apt. manager knows everyone by name and is extremely helpful and friendly. My maintenance requests have always been handled on the same day, and they always leave a note when they come in. Once the maintenance guy even came on a Sunday to fix my refrigerator. The grounds and the buildings are kept up extremely well. The only thing I have a complaint about is that the one bedrooms don't have washer/dryer hookups. I thought about moving, but after reading the reviews on this site about other complexes in the area, I may just think about moving into a 2 bedroom here which does have the hookups. You can't beat the price and the location.
