When I first moved to riverside house apartments, they were the best apartments I had lived in. Over time, the tenant population changed. Now, I'm not saying they brought the roaches in but the family of (12) above me were quite nasty. And if i smelt curry one more time I was going to be sick. The roaches were horrible. NOT tree roaches but baby (infestation) roaches. No matter how many times the apartments were sprayed they came back. When a neighbor found the roaches in her refrigerator, I already knew it was time to go. The maintenance was the bomb (shouts out to Kenny and his brother). But I would not recommend these apartments.

I have lived at Riverside House Apartments for over 5 years and I have never had a bug problem, nor have I seen any large families in the community. The apartments are treated regularly and the residents continue to be very nice and quiet.
