I lived at Riverside Apartments from 1998 - 1999. The 1-bedroom I had was spacious and clean. They even installed new carpet for me before I moved in. It was pretty quiet most of the time and a great location. The laundry machines always worked and always available. I only saw 2-3 roaches when I first moved in. They sprayed right away and I never saw bugs again.
The only complaint I had was apparent stalking problems by the maintenance staff. They always seemed to be lurking around my building every morning watching me leave for work. It gave me the creeps and it grew to be a problem for me and was the reason I made the decision to move. I never had this problem at any other apartment I lived at. The only time I felt like I wasn't be "watched" by these guys was on the weekends when they weren't there.
