The appliances in this apt complex are incredibly old and shabby, not to mention the roach infested, old cabinets in the bathrooms, and kitchen...I just can't get over the cabinets..they are awful...when I first moved, I didn't see a single roach and I thought the roach problem everyone else mentioned wasnt true...Well friends, give it some time, because eventually they will move in too, no matter how clean you keep your house, and the roaches look like outer space roaches....it seem like everytime they bring pest control, the problem get a heck of a lot worst, its like they chase roaches from other peoples houses into yours, it is AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also, beware, the price of the apartment MAY BE reasonable, but in all reality, when you get your WHOPPING GAS AND WATER BILL, YOU WILL WISH YOU MOVED INTO A $850 OR $900 APARTMENT THAT INCLUDED WATER....the bill is outrageous....TRUST ME WHEN I TELL YOU, THE APARTMENT COMPLEX AND THE COMPANY THEY USE FOR GAS AND WATER, MUST HAVE SOME TYPE OF AGREEMENT, BECAUSE THERE IS NO WAY A GAS AND WATER BILL COULD BE WELL OVER $150 A MONTH WITH A FAMILY THAT IS BARELY HOME.. SO I URGE YOU TO THINK ABOUT THAT!!!!!
