DON'T MOVE HERE. The management does not care about the residents here and the property stays clean only in the front near its leasing office. I am breaking my lease. My neighbors store their unwanted furniture outside covering the entire common porch area. Now I have a dresser and a 3 piece couch set sitting outside my front door. I came home from work yesterday and a family was sitting on the sofas outside with the babies thinking they were inside'''' I made a complaint about this with management a month ago and they never did EVERYTHING since my building is in the back of the property AND CAN NOT BE SEEN. They have long earth worms that crawl on the walls and I have seen @ least 12 of them within my 1 1/2 years here. They have a lot of young boys hanging out in the parking out and the neighbors hang out in front of most of their buildings. There are unexplained police visits in the middle of the night here. There are gangs that live in these buidlings (CRIPS) to be exact.It's a dump overall and they allow residents to keep junk cars and large commerical vehicles on the property. Maintence sucks. My air breaks once a week in the summer and they have failed to fix the big picture. Anyone can come on the property and its not safe. Previous comment on apartement rating, I'm sure, came from the leasing office. They are changing these apartments into expensive townhomes, so that means they will not care about their residents until they have the new residents move in here that have the higher income bracklets. And one more thing, several residents need to be on psych meds cause they walk around crying and telling their problems to everybody that will listen, including the innocent little kids. I would like to know what unit you lived in and to whom you complained. Lincoln Managment was managing this property at the time you are complaining about this property and they are one of the country's largest property managment companies. This does not sound right. Please provide further information. It sounds as if you may have been one of the tenants the new owners evicted for nonpayment of rent

I am a new tenant that moved in Aug 1st. I just saw this posting and agree with it. The condition of the unit depend on who owns it. In my case, the owner has done no repairs, and replaced nothing since the place was built. I rented the unit after seeing two other apartments that looked clean. But the one they got ready for me was IN VERY POOR CONDITION upon moving in. They do patch over repairs when asked but still leaving it in poor condition.
