Each apartment is individual owned. Management use that excuse for the extremely poor conditions within individual units. The owners usually live out of state and depend on management to manage the property. The managers charge the owners for repairs that they poorly do. Paint on top of peeling wall paper in the bathroom not ceiling the paper down and missing the entire section behind the toilet. They will come and make cheap path overs only as you pay the rent. So you pay, then you get a poor path up job that looks terrible. They will report to the owner that the unit was totally painted.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE COME HERE. I AM REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB. I feel they take advantage of the area and tell lies to get you in, then hold you to a lease. I was shown a decent place but the one I moved into was totally different. They had to come in three time to clean after I moved in and pull the carpet up to remove the trash under it, that you could feel when you walk barefoot in your apartment. These are just a few of the complaints.
