I lived in this apartment for 3 months (it was so bad I had to leave). I am usually very objective and try to see the good side in things however, there is absolutely nothing good about this complex. It is amusing to read what everyone else writes because I had the same experiences. Nothing and I mean, NOTHING worked as it should have. The plumbing in this place is an absolute nightmare. Flooding is very common, all of the faucets and fixtures were broken and damaged. The sinks and bathtubs were horrendous, they all had paint chipping from them and brown spots everywhere. I was too scared to walk even 20 feet to the mailbox after dark and even sometimes during the day. The gates are never closed. Creepy people from all over would hang out in the streets of the complex. The place is filled with poor people who have like 10 kids per apartment so there were always tons of kids outside screaming. There were no screens on the windows, most windows were broken and some even cracked. The floors creaked horribly. The toilets wouldn't flush, the sinks would not drain, hot water lasted 3 minutes and the sinks were constantly leaking and flooding underneath. The ac and heat were a total nightmare.

I was scared to go to sleep in this place at night. I recommend anyone that lives here carry a gun at all times. If you ever had problems (which was constant) the staff was completely rude and would usually never even show up at all. HORRIBLE PLACE.
