Terrible - Crime Central

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 1999
 
This place the worst I have ever lived in. I had a flood about every other day and there was water running behind my walls. Electricity, phone and water was a terrible problem. Maintenance NEVER fixed anything. Appliances were older than me!!!! Kitchens the size of a bathroom. I wouldn't recommend these people to my worst enemy.
