While we lived here, the gates never worked. They were always open. We were robbed and the police said that the neighborhood was a hot spot for crime. Great location but bad neighborhood. It's a shame. Air conditioning broke down often, water leaks in every sink, bad, bad bug problem, took forever to get anyone to fix maintenance problems, office staff frequently "forgot" to record rent payments and would send eviction notices. Also, they would call Georgia Power to shut off our electricity for no reason. Don't live here.
