I am looking into moving there at the end of this month. My boyfriend went to check it out for me, and said it was 70% thug and 30% immigrants. I called the office and had everything arranged for them to put my app through and process. She said she would call me back in an hour, and NEVER did. Everything was ready, it was a friday around noon. And no one returned my call. She promised, so I called Sat morning, and the other women I talked to said she couldnt help me because it wast her file. So, so far I am not pleased. I am scared. I will be moving from a very crime ridden city up north, and I have a feeling I am moving right back into another one. I will write another review after I get there. I hope all goes well. And for Roach problems.... they are anywher eyou go, and they are bigger in the south. Believe me!! You should see the one in HawaIi or Texas, they are GI-NORMOUS and they FLY. So deal with the none flying ones....

Look, you have read the reviews and they are TRUE! The roaches here are also some flying ones, but the water bugs aren't just a "few". They take over the apartment and will NOT get controlled. Believe me, I'm moving out this month. This place is scary and dirty and totally UNSAFE. If you want photos of the trash piled by the HUNDREDS of bags, I'll gladly email it to you. Just know that the reviews that you are reading are SERIOUSLY TRUE. If you choose to live there, don't complain afterwards.
