Ok...For starters this is a horrible community to live in especially if you have children. There are too sides to this complex the front and the back....

The Front:

The front I would consider to be average you have nice family's in the front with smaller kids....No noise, but constant thru traffic due to the one route streets that have in the complex...Neighbors are quiet and resevre in the front!

The Back:

"The Projects"....First of all when you're riding in after work in the afternoon...5-6. You see what looks like a block party. There are people standing out everywhere loud, rude and obnoxious people at that. You'll be driving thru and kids will be out in the street playing football, a car could drive thru, they continue. Like you're invisible. I had to get out of my car one day to contact one kids mother because he was just sitting in the middle of the road literally. I drove home 2 days ago to what was an apparent drug bust. *shakes head*

Roaches: Oh yeah I forgot one more part. Ok when i moved in to Riverview in October...I had no roaches, or at least they bribed them not to come out for 2 weeks...lol! My first sign of roaches, I contacted the leasing office...They said they would come spary....Ok i came home read a little note from the exterminator....Hmmm...I don't know what they did...Because they triggered a War of the roaches...I'm a person that doesn't cook, occasionally uses my kitchen...But afterdark, you cannot even Enter the Kitchen...When I say 2 days after they exterminated my apartment I went to the kitchen, when I say there had to be at least 500 roaches...no exageration....500 roaches....On the counters....the ceiling...I have no idea where the Hell! They came from....Bottom line 8 months later they are still there...I don't even use my kitchen anymore...They have driven me out...I have to throw away all of my appliances, because I don't want to transfer them with me...Countless bottles of Raid...Does nothing! They laughed and multiply from it!

I'm going to say this and be out....You can do a multi million dollar renovation...But you can never get rid of roaches, that were caused decades ago...Permanent damage....In the brochure they should put...Gracious living with Roaches...Ewww!
