the trash comments are true, trash compactor is horrible. I have friends/family that come in town and use the back gate and the trash is ALWAYS backed up, its very nasty. and thats where the kids school bus stop is in the morning..

the thuggery around the complex is true, depending on where you stay ofcourse.

the roaches are true. but i have the "under control" but still, you dont want to see roaches at all...

maintenance doesnt work weekends. my ac has gone out twice on a friday and i had to wait til monday to get ac, on a holiday weekend at that. my tub/shower had no water comin out and i had to wait almost a week for them to fix that..

oh, and a water bill....

rent price is good, square footage is great for the price.

Tons of parking, depending on where you stay ofcourse

all electric apartments

central location to 400, takes minutes. close to gas stations, grocery and shopping.

extremely close to bus & marta

I guess these apartments are all in what you make it. i plan on movin when my lease is up. To each its own, it wasnt a bad deal.
