Someone in the leasing office and friends of the leasing office are obviously trying to make this disgusting community seem so well and adjusted when actually in reality it's nothing but terrible grounds rude kids on the street and nothing but roaches and thieves in this Riverview Apartment complex. They should be ashamed of themselves for lying and pretending that everyone here is nothing but satisfied here. That is totally not the case here! The worse problem is having the exterminator come in to spray some so called bug spray to bring more roaches in your apartment! The other major problem is the leasing staff and their maintenance crew or whom ever they're associated with walk in as they please in your apartment weather your home and cannot here them from the bathroom or if your in bed sleeping or simply just not at home, they come in as they please. Even if they do send you a notice at your door for a so called friendly reminder I still don't like the idea of someone invading my personal space. Or invading my property when I'm not home! Terrible service!!!!!!!!!!
