Well, my name is Jean Harden Bibby and I am proud to inform you that I have lived in this apartment complex for two years. I have neighbors that have lived here for several years!!! I chose to retire here (university education, etc.) and renew my lease even though I have rental properties in NY, NC, CA, St. Vincent and the Grenadines (Caribbean), etc. Why' Because I love living here! I have been rewarded with a beautiful, peaceful, safe, and comfortable environment!!! I am living in "My Comfort Zone!" If your living conditions was that bad, why did you live here for ONE YEAR''' The management is always concerned, caring, courteous, and go beyond their duties to be helpful. The expert maintenance staff is extremely professional, efficient, pleasant and expedient. Roaches' I have never seen a roach. Riverview Apartment Homes is located in a suburban area. You will have insects anywhere you live! The exterminator services the apartments when you notify the office. If anyone is seeking an affordable, safe, comfortable environment, contact the Riverview Apartment Homes. You will not be disappointed. (It is not my characteristic to respond to a review, but I was compelled to refute these allegations.) I AM A TENANT. THIS IS AN HONEST AND SINCERE REVIEW.
