I've lived here 4 years and what a transformation. They came in and done a $6 million dollar renovation and its nice. The interior's are completely redone and they have replaced all the plumbing. That's great no leaks the water bill is real good. Its all electric and no gas. I love my porch its got a fence around it and it's so private. There is a real nice pool and fitness center and so close to shopping you can walk to it. Bus line is at the back gate. Oh yea its completely fenced. I'm happy.
