Apartment too old thus many problems

I lived in a townhouse there. They are very spacious and cheap. If you are a cheap bastard then move there. The price can't be beat for the location and size. Make sure to live as close to the gate otherwise you will have to face all the studio gangsters. All the neighbors I've met are very nice.
Since the apartments are older - more like ancient, they have many problems. There is a 2 day waiting list before they will even get to you. Other apartments I've lived in can almost get to you the next day.
All the posts I've read here are pretty close to the truth. So if you want cheap rent consider Berkshire but only for the townhouses. You can find similar prices for 1br & 2br.
