I agree, the staff is nice. The manager can be a bit rude at times and tries to talk to you as if your a child, but I dont have to deal with them much - Thank God. The walls are paper thin. The water bills and power bills are EXTREMELY expensive! And the roaches do not go away with the extermination - they seem to just drink the poison and laugh at you. The gym is only open when someone is at the office. The pool is dirty most of the days its open, and full of unsupervised children!! Security sucks - most of the time parked at front gate watching all the cars pile in behind those with access, or talking on a cell phone! It just has not been a good experience for me. Glad my lease is up this month!! Im not sure who is posting all the good reviews, but they obviously have lived in terrible conditions prior to moving to Riverview if they think its a nice, clean place! It was a big mistake for me moving here, I hope the roaches dont try to pack up and go with me to my new place!!
